All our production
An important role, in the ecological sphere, is given to the sustainability and quality of the product, thanks to the use of veneers, a 'green' and sustainable way to enjoy the intrinsic beauty of wood, especially of those wood species considered valuable.
Veneer is a first-process product, which makes the most of certain morphological and physical characteristics of specific trunks, evaluates and rationally utilises only mature, well-formed trees, and specifically has no environmental impact in terms of deforestation or the release of harmful substances.
Unlike other materials commonly used to ennoble panels, veneer is not connected to polluting industrial processes; in fact, it comes directly from the cutting of logs by relatively simple machines, from which sheets a few tenths of a millimetre thick are derived.

The production process of Siparquet takes a month; it involves about ten steps, six of which are at the control stations carried out by quality operators.
It is important to consider that natural materials such as wood, change in colour, texture and gloss when treated like a normal industrial material. For this reason, during the various processes, there is a technical time for the panels to rest and cool uniformly, which must be strictly respected in order to offer a product with certain characteristics. Each stage is tracked to maintain the same batch of virgin wood in origin. For Sipa, quality is inseparable from production reality.
Keeping in mind values such as: care and quality of the product, passion, long-term growth, valorisation of its employees, constant technological investments, Sipa builds materials with a conscience that honours the resources and tradition of an all-Italian manufacture.
Sipa, since 1948 we produce with passion, as only we Italians know how to do.
